What people are saying about the Inn.

If you ask me to give review of this hotel, even if you wake me up at night I will always give 5 stars. What an amazing little hotel. Charming, warm and cozy are the first things that come to my mind when I need to describe it. It is a very elegant hotel with amazing stuff. Would always recommend it to anyone!

Dickson Street Inn stands on the busiest entertainment street in Fayetteville; if you're interested in spending time on Dickson Street and the downtown square (about a six to eight minute walk away), the convenience is unbeatable.

I left impressed from the Dickson Street Inn 4 days ago. I had 3 amazing nights here with my family. It is a very romantic, warm and comfortable hotel with a great location. The whole building is just beautiful and charming. We felt really beautiful and comfortable during our stay. Definitely recommended!

Laurie H.Romantic, Warm and Comfortable Hotel

My husband and I stayed at the Dickson Street Inn while we visited Fayetteville on a house-hunting trip. The Inn was very clean and well-furnished. Our room was perfect - a comfortable king-size bed, nice bathroom, and lovely view of Old Main. The people who greeted us at the front desk (during check-in and check-out) were very kind and helpful. Dickson Street has a great nightlife, and we enjoyed a visit to one of the local pubs within walking distance of the Inn. We'll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved the Inn and being able to walk everywhere! We saw the lights on the square and had dinner right across the street at Bordinos. Lots of beautiful artwork throughout the house. Such a quaint place and kind staff, we look forward to coming back next year!!

Amy D.Lovely Weekend Getaway!

The Dickson Street Inn is a quaint but fully modern inn on Fayetteville's famed Dickson Street. It's a one-minute walk from the Walton Arts Center, a five-minute walk from the University of Arkansas, and ten minutes from Fayetteville's downtown Square (and seasonal Farmers Market). Dickson Street features great food--from food trucks to fine dining, along with a variety of great bars and pubs, lively night life, and fun people-watching. The Inn's rooms are cozy, and the hospitality is warm.

Fabulous B&B located in the heart of Fayetteville. Comfy beds, cozy rooms and friendly staff. Walk to numerous wonderful restaurants or enjoy a glass of wine on the front porch and take in the sights of Dickson Street!

We had four couples stay at the Dickson Street Inn and it was an incredible stay. The rooms are adorned perfectly and the beds are quite comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable! The inner courtyard was a great place to relax and visit.

R. BowmanGreat Place and Awesome Staff!

Great stuff, lovely rooms, exceptionally good location and overall great boutique hotel. I had 2 lovely days here with my boyfriend. Our room was very beautiful, the bed was soft and the room was clean. The interior design of the hotel is joyful and compelling as well.
