Rates include complimentary continental breakfast, local telephone service, and high-speed wi-fi internet access. Rates are subject to state and local sales and occupancy taxes which may change without notice.
A Credit Card guarantee is required at the time of booking for all reservations.
Special event weekends and group bookings require a deposit of 50% of the amount of the stay, which is due at the time of booking. Some special event dates require a two or three night minimum.
Reservations canceled within 24 hours of the stay will be held responsible for the full amount of the stay.
Cancellations made for reservations during special event weekends will not be eligible for a refund unless the room can be resold at full rate, in which case the original deposit less a $50 cancellation fee (per room) will be refunded.
Regrettably, no refund can be given for no-shows.
Check in is typically any time after 3PM and check out, 11AM. Special arrangements can be made for early arrivals and late departures with advance notice, though such arrangements cannot always be guaranteed.
Our Inn is a smoke-free facility. We do however permit smoking in limited outdoor areas. Guests who choose to disregard the smoking policy by smoking in their room will be charged a refurbishing fee of up to $250.
Guests found liable for any damages done to their room will be charged for any repair, replacement or additional services needed to return the room to its proper state.
A $50 rekeying fee will be assessed to guests who fail to return their room key upon checkout.
Children are welcome at the Inn, though we prefer to know in advance of guests traveling with children under the age of 12.
Pets are not allowed in our rooms though we will gladly make arrangements with a recommended local kennel for guests traveling with pets (subject to availability).
Our ground floor Carriage House Suite (Room #9) is ADA approved for wheelchair access. Kindly let our Innkeeper know in advance of any special accommodations should there be any. Special accommodations can also be made for guests with specific dietary needs and/or allergies with advance notice, though such accommodations cannot always be guaranteed.
Parking is located in our lot off of Locust Street just behind the Inn, in marked spaces only, on a first come first serve basis. Additional parking is located at our spill-over lot, one half block away. Contact front desk at check-in for map. The striped loading zone on Locust St. is especially for guests of our Inn and may be used at any time for loading and unloading.
Additional parking space is available in our secure spill-over lot at the end of Locust St. Inquire with the Innkeeper on duty for further details.
