Weekday Business Stays

If you’re coming into Fayetteville, or northwest Arkansas on a business or legal trip, The Dickson Street Inn is the ideal place to stay. We are not your big chain hotel at all, as we are an exquisitely renovated turn of the century Victorian house. Within two blocks or less from the Inn are Fayetteville’s four favorite restaurants (Bordino’s, Theo’s, The 36 Club, and Wasabi) , as well as many watering holes to unwind at, when your business day is done. We also have an on-site outdoor rooftop patio wine bar, Veranda, that serves wine, beer, and light appetizers and has been a great starting point for many a business dinner, or for just talking shop with colleagues. We have free Wi-Fi throughout the Inn, so you can enjoy doing your work on the rooftop patio, in our lounge, in our grotto, or in our dining room, as well as in your room. If legal work brings you to town, the Inn’s location is perfect as we are four blocks west of the Washington County Courthouse and seven blocks from the U.S. Federal Courthouse. We are flexible with our pricing and will try to make things work for you or your company’s budget.

If you need any documents faxed, copied, printed, or a boarding pass printed, our professional front desk staff will do it for you at no cost. We also offer a sumptuous continental breakfast and The Wall St Journal for you in the morning, no matter what time you arise.  If you like to get a little exercise while on the road, the Inn has an alliance with a recently opened gym, Clubhaus, two blocks down the street, where Inn guests can work out for free. The surrounding neighborhood also offers a variety of running and walking options with Wilson Park, and the city’s main jogging/bike trail just a few blocks away.
