Wedding Guests
If you have any out of town guests coming to Fayetteville for your wedding, The Dickson Street Inn is the ideal place to put them.  Churches Central Methodist, First Baptist, St. Paul’s Episcopal, and University Baptist are all located four blocks or less away, while popular rehearsal dinner, wedding, and reception facilities The Garden Room and Scarpino’s are located only a block or two away.  The landmark Dickson St. Liquor store is across the street from the Inn as well. The Inn provides a 15% discount for groups taking five or more rooms. We have ten rooms with king beds, and three of them have pull out sleeper sofas in addition to their king bed. Whether just the newlyweds need a room, or the bride and her bridesmaids need rooms, or ten guests need to be taken care of, The Dickson Street Inn is sure to provide that one-of-a-kind lodging experience for that one-of-a-kind day.

Receptions
The Dickson Street Inn has an outdoor rooftop patio space that houses our wine bar, Veranda. It has a capacity of 38 people, and offers sweeping panoramic views of Dickson St. and the University of Arkansas that no other space can offer. It’s the perfect spot for your wedding guests to mingle after the rehearsal dinner.

If your reception or get together has more than 38 people, we have a nearby covered porch, and a back patio where extra guests can congregate. If you’d like to have your reception indoors or if you have a smaller number of guests, we have a dining room that can handle 12-15 people and a lounge across the hall that can accommodate another 8-10 people. No matter what space you choose, you’ll get the most exceptional service from Veranda’s and the Inn’s staff.
