Guest Room 10 Carriage House Suite

Room 10 is the upstairs counterpart to Room 9. Along with all of the aforementioned amenities of Room 9, when the curtains are drawn back in the bedroom of Room 10, the view from the pillows shows the heart of Dickson Street and Old Main.

Guest Room 9 Carriage House Suite

Room 9 is a ground floor room and is the first of our two Carriage House Suites. It is one half of a former duplex apartment, and as such, it and Room 10 above it are more spacious than the other eight rooms, offering a kitchenette area, a TV in the sitting area as well as in the bedroom, and a sleeper sofa that pulls out to a queen or full sized sofa bed. Room 9 is approved for accessibility by ADA standards.

Guest Room 8 Signature Suite

Room 8, an upstairs suite on the West side of the house, is often referred to as The Moroccan Room based on the exotic piece of furniture that is the focal point of the design of the room. This suite features a high vaulted ceiling which creates a very unique space to retreat to after a night on the town. This is the only suite that features both a whirlpool bath tub and private balcony. When the curtains are opened, the view from the bed’s pillows reveals the Walton Arts Center, the heart of Dickson Street, and beyond to Old Main. Room 8 is one of our most popular Signature Suites.

Guest Room 7 Signature Suite

Room 7 is a most distinct room. Located in the back of the house on the second level, this suite invites a sense of privacy to your stay while you enjoy the comforts within the room, yet still shares with you the friendly southern comfort of the expansive deck space which is just outside your door and which is shared with the neighboring suites. The suite is a split level design with a sitting area featuring a sleeper sofa that pulls out to a queen-sized sofa bed, a second T.V. and a wet bar for entertaining your visitors. The upper level of the room is where you’ll sleep soundly in the King bed after enjoying a soak in the whirlpool tub.

Guest Room 6 Junior Suite

Room 6 upstairs on the east side of the house is one of our cozier rooms, but is popular for featuring the largest whirlpool tub of all of our suites. This junior suite shares an adjoining door with Room 5, so the two rooms can be used in combination by family and friends. Enjoy some morning sunshine on your own private nook out on the deck, or sleep in, snug under the covers knowing that our Innkeeper will leave breakfast set up for you until you decide it’s time to wake!

Guest Room 5 Signature Suite

Room 5, another of our upstairs Signature Suites, provides a sweeping view of Dickson St. thirty feet below, as well as a view from the private balcony all the way up to Old Main on the campus of the University of Arkansas.

Guest Room 4 Signature Suite

Room 4, our central Signature Suite upstairs in the front of the house, has four wonderful bay windows that offer a panoramic view of the entire Dickson Street landscape. The west facing balcony offers views of the sunset, and the University’s signature building, Old Main.
