Boutique-Style Accommodations and Good Service
Not only did this newly renovated historical Victorian home fit all my criteria, it had a perfect location to walk right down Dickson St., the center of town filled with restaurants and venues with easy access to the University of Arkansas campus. A short walk also leads to the central square with a very well attended Farmer’s Market, restaurants, specialty stores, the bike trail and the showcase Fayetteville Public Library.
What guests are saying about The Dickson Street Inn
“A home away from home”

My work brought me to Fayetteville for a month this summer, and my “home away from home” was the Dickson Street Inn. Bob, Shea and the whole staff were wonderfully accommodating and treated me like family during my stay. The Inn was very comfortable, and the staff generously assisted me in finding fun things for my family to do while they were in town.

“Great hotel with exceptional service!”

Dickson Street Inn far exceeded my expectations during a recent trip to Fayetteville. The historic home converted to a B&B may look like a traditional Inn from the outside, but it is so much more! The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and updated bathrooms.  And, the staff was extremely customer service-oriented. We had two rooms across the hall from on another with a private staircase—very convenient.

“WOW! What a find!”

My friend and I were early for a matinee performance at Walton Arts Center so decided to go for a short walk. We came upon this place and decided to stop in to check it out. Was I ever glad we did. We visit Fayetteville frequently and have stayed at various places. Unfortunately, after staying here for a weekend getaway with a group of friends, I will never be happy staying anyplace else, and certain weekends (i.e. football, parents, graduation, etc.) are booked solid far in advance. Everything was perfect!
